Change of mind
For eligible goods bought online, you may notify us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel, then return the goods within the following 14 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Piercing jewellery and hygiene
We do not apply a blanket “no returns” rule to all piercing jewellery. A change-of-mind cancellation right may be lost only where the legal hygiene exception applies: the goods are genuinely unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, they were delivered sealed, and you break that seal after delivery.
Our current basic resealable protective bags are packaging only and are not described as a hygiene seal.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by any hygiene restriction.
