Products and prices
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable Irish VAT. Product pages state what is included and, where relevant, the material, size, connection and whether the price is per piece or pair. Please check compatibility before ordering.
Orders and payment
You can review and correct your order before payment. Payment is processed through the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
Availability
Stock may be shared with our physical inventory. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item where appropriate.
Delivery
Republic of Ireland delivery options and charges are shown before payment. Standard delivery is €5.95 and orders of €75 or more qualify for free Republic of Ireland delivery unless the checkout states otherwise.
Returns and cancellation
For eligible online purchases, statutory cancellation rights apply. Piercing jewellery is not automatically excluded from cancellation merely because it is jewellery. A hygiene exception may apply only where an item is genuinely unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, was supplied in a genuine sealed condition, and that seal has been broken after delivery. Our current resealable protective bags are packaging and are not represented as a hygiene seal.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain covered by your statutory rights.
